    Hi! We live parts of the year in Norway and partly in Kissimmee, therefore we have a company who takes care of our bills, etc. Will our settlement statement be valid as proof of residency when buying tickets to Disney World? Thank you.

Since I'm unsure what a "settlement statement" is, I am linking you to the Validation Requirements web page.  This page explains what documents and forms of identification are necessary for proof of Florida residency.  There are several items available to use for your proof so you should not have any difficulties.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
