Hi,we just got a great deal and staying at GF.Are we able to request a certain building and which one do you suggest? Our room type states,Outer Bldg-Garden View.Thank you for all your help!! You guys are the BEST!!!

    Hi Janice,

Thank you for such kind words! Well, from one bargain hunter to another, congratulations on your fantastic find! I know you are going to love Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

As you make your requests through the online check-in process, consider your specific priorities. If you plan to use Motor Launch transportation to journey to Magic Kingdom Park over stunning Seven Seas Lagoon, then you might prefer a room in Conch Key, just a quick stroll to the dock. If you are most anticipating easy access to the Monorail, then Big Pine Key might be the best building for you. I found my room in Sago Cay incredibly convenient in a recent stay thanks to the proximity to Gasparilla Island Grill for late-night snacks and Rapid Fill Refillable Mug station. Really, you just can't go wrong in any building!

Personally, I would recommend a high-floor request for your best chance at at a view of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from your private balcony. Also, consider whether or not you would prefer a Dormer Room. Though slightly smaller than regular Resort hotel rooms, they can feel larger thanks to Cathedral ceilings. Also, they have more private-feeling balconies than the larger, open balconies of the other style rooms.

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
