Hi Wanchen,
Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you stopped by with this question!
It looks like you'll be sailing next week and I'm sure you are beyond excited. My family's anticipation builds exponentially until it's officially 'boat day," as my children so fondly refer to it. You are sure to have a most magical sailing from the minute you step on board.
I believe you are referring to the Port Arrival Time (PAT) you selected as part of the Online Check-In process. You'll be able to make changes to this up until the date before embarkation by visiting the
Disney Cruise Line website, or via the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. From the website, navigate to the "Already Booked" link along the top header and scroll down to select
"Online Check-in." Once there you'll select "Port Arrival" to review the alternate time options available. If you see "pending review" in this area, just click the blue text to access the next screen. If your preferred time isn't available you can continue checking over the next few days to see if an earlier time becomes available.
Once you've arrived at the Port and completed the required security screenings, you'll be assigned a boarding group. You can inquire about boarding with your friends if they are assigned to a different boarding group. I can't guarantee that they'll be able to accommodate, but it never hurts to ask. Your friends are also welcome to hang back with you for a few extra minutes so you can all board together once your group is called.
Be sure to have your camera ready to capture the exciting moment you step foot onto the ship. My family loves hearing Cast Members welcome us aboard, and on our recent Disney Wish sailing, it was extra exciting to hear our name announced as we stepped into the gorgeous
Grand Hall for the first time. I hope you experience that same rush of excitement, too!
Wanchen, if we can be of further assistance as you prepare for your voyage, be sure to sail back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
