Hi, We have a Disney Holiday Package booked through TUI and on the confirmation it says we have a PBF pkg, what does PBF stand for? We are staying in the Port Orleans French Quarter Resort and go in September. Thanks for the help!

    Dear Ben,

Thank you for bringing us your question! You must be super excited (and busy) planning your trip! In no time, you will be immersed in the magic and fantasy of the Walt Disney World Resort

I am so glad to hear you have chosen to stay at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter, one of my favorite moderate resorts! You will love its peaceful atmosphere and feel you are in a Parisian quartier! Its pool is one of the most popular ones throughout the Resort and its Mardi-Gras-themed décor is to be commended for!

PBF pkg usually refers to the type of package you have booked, which includes a Free Disney dining offer, available through the Walt Disney Travel Company UK this year. Since you will be staying at a moderate resort, you must have received the Quick-Service Dining Plan as part of your package benefits. This dining plan includes two Quick-Service Meals per day, plus two Snacks and a refillable drink mug which can be refilled at the Beverage Stations at any Disney Resort hotel, not just the one you are staying in. If you would like to upgrade to the Disney Dining Plan (which includes a table-service meal at a number of sit-down restaurants, including Character Meals), simply call the UK dedicated phone number 0800 169 0730.  If you used a travel agent to book your vacation, please contact them directly to upgrade your package.

Ben, I hope this answer is helpful. Please come back with more and more questions, it's our pleasure to help!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
