    Hi, We have dinner reservations at Whispering C Café at 5:30. Would we be able to make it to the Mickey Halloween Night by 7pm? In other words can we be out in 1 hour? Also, how long is travel time to MK...is it on the monorail? Thanks

    Hi Ken! 

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  We are so thrilled you are finding our advice helpful when planning your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation.   You have made some fantastic plans by choosing to eat at Whispering Canyon Cafe, and then attend Mickey's Not- So- Scary Halloween Party.   Be sure to check out Mickey's "Boo- to- You" Halloween Parade, and leave time to take some pictures with fun characters that will be available during the party.   Some characters may even be dressed in their Halloween costumes, which are just precious.  

    Your dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe should take between 60-90 minutes, and boy will those minutes be packed with silly antics from the wait staff and delicious down home good food.   I know you will have a fantastic time.   It may be a few minutes after 7 P.M. when you arrive to the party, but you will still have plenty of time to see all the special events.  In order to reach Magic Kingdom you can take a water taxi from the Wilderness Lodge, the trip is about a 15 minute scenic journey.
