HI We are bringing our 7 yr old and 9 mo old to WDW may 14-20th for the kids first time. I am wondering can my 9 mo old ride every ride that does not have a ht restriction?

That's right. If there is no height restriction listed for an attraction, then anyone may ride, including babies.

I think you'll find that WDW is a very welcoming place for your little one. I first brought my twins to WDW when they were nine months old. There were dozens of rides we all experienced together. We tried to have my older daughter experience the "big kid" rides primarily while the twins were napping, so the babies barely missed out on any family time at all.

Have a wonderful trip to WDW.
