Hi We are from Argentina and will be visiting disney world in July 2021. However i need to change the date on my daughter's ticket to a day earlier. How can i do that?

Welcome to planDisney, Sarah Dania! This time next week, you will be enjoying a magical summer vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort

This kind of thing happens all the time! It happened to me earlier this year with my youngest daughter's ticket, when I was planning a Springtime visit. Don’t worry, it was an easy fix!

To switch the date, log in to your My Disney Experience account. Go to “My Plans” to see the tickets linked to your account. If you have the option to “modify” your ticket online, you will see the word in blue. In that case you can click on it to modify the date, to change it to the date you need it to be. If you don’t, you would need to call the resort at (011) 5354-8119 to speak to a Cast Member.

It’s important to remember, if the price for the day you want to visit is lower than the price for the ticket you already purchased, you will not receive a credit or refund for that amount. If the price of the ticket for the day you would like to visit is higher, you would have to pay the difference.

After your tickets are assigned to the day that works for you, don’t forget to make a Disney Park Pass Reservation for each person in your travel party. Follow the directions on this link and you will be ready to visit the parks!

Sarah Dania, if you have any other questions, we are happy to help you, so don’t hesitate to come back to see us. You can always visit us here, or at planDisney en Español. ¡Siempre es nuestro placer ayudarte con todos los detalles!

    ¡Hasta pronto!
