Hi.ty for all the great advice. We're thinking of taking advantage of booking next cruise while on board but can't decide. Alaska, Transatlantic, or Panama canal? Any advice? Is there any different/more activities planned on the transatlantic sailing w/ so

    Ahoy Shea-le!
You are so welcome!  Thank you for continuing to use the Moms Panel for all your cruise plans!  My number one cruise tip is to book a future cruise during your sailing because the benefits are well-worth it, and also makes leaving the ship a little easier!  All of the itineraries you are considering are amazing, and I think your family will be happy with any one of these cruises!  Right now the Alaskan cruise options are either a seven or nine-night (2014) sailing.  These itineraries are very port intensive so if you have an adventurous family this is a wonderful vacation choice. The Port Adventures offered are definitely once in a lifetime opportunities, and many are exclusive Disney Cruise Line experiences.  A transatlantic sailing will give you a longer time on the ship with many days to enjoy the ship as your destination.  There will be more activities to experience, special shows and Guest entertainers to enjoy, and added themed dinners.  There aren't many ports of call so this type of sailing is really for a family who loves days at sea!  The Panama Canal cruise does offer an incredible opportunity to cruise the canal and see this spectacular sight from the ship!  Like the transatlantic sailing, you will experience many days to explore the ship and enjoy all the activities offered.  On the Panama Canal cruise, more ports of call are included.
I suggest making an appointment with the Future Cruise Sales Manager once you are onboard to look at the pricing and available cruise dates.  The transatlantic sailings and Panama Canal cruises are only offered at select times and Alaska is only available during the summer months which may play into your decision.
Best wishes for a magical voyage, Shea-le!  If I can help further, please let me know!
