Hi there, Sarah!
I love when fellow military families visit me here at planDisney! I am more than happy to help you, and thank you for your service. Treating yourself to any multi-day park ticket sounds like a fantastic way to ring in the New Year.
You can modify your theme park reservations any time before you scan into the theme park. This means that even on the morning of your day you can log in to your Disney account and make changes. The Magic Your Way Tickets that you purchased at your military base most likely expire on December 31, 2025 (or 14 days after the date of your first use). So, if plans need to be altered, you have some time to activate your tickets. And if you get sick while on vacation (hopefully that can be avoided--not fun!), you'll have up to 14 days to space out your 6 days in the magic.
Also, after January 9, 2024, some tickets don't require theme park reservations at all! Take a look at the "Visiting On or After January 9, 2024" section on the
Disney Park Pass Reservations webpage to see if your ticket type is included in this convenient change. Another cool change after that date? You'll no longer have to wait to park hop at 2 p.m. You can switch up your scenery whenever your heart desires.
AN EXTRA GEM: Your visit is during one of my favorite celebrations, the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. From the chalk art displays and interactive creations to its concert series and yummy treats, it's truly an unforgettable event. My friends
Prince,
Aena, and Amiyrah do a deep dive about this vibrant festival on the planDisney Podcast. You'll have to check it out to hear about all-things-Figment!
Sarah, be sure to
give me a holler here at planDisney if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Thrilling attractions, whimsical entertainment, and hugs from Mickey and Minnie Mouse await!
Magic always,
LeAndra
