Hi,SO excited to be going for our 1st family vacation to Disneyworld in March! We're staying at Coronado springs. Is it best to get the bus to magic kingdom or get the bus to Epcot and then the monorail?Which would be quicker and most convenient? Thanks

    Gemma,

I'm so excited to hear that you'll be visiting the most magical place on earth for the first time! You are going to LOVE it and have an absolute BLAST! I think you'll really enjoy Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, too. With so many recreational activities, including the super fun Dig Site that features the Lost City of Cibola pool and the largest hot tub on Disney property, there will be no shortage of FUN!

As far as transportation goes, I'd suggest taking the bus to whichever theme park you're heading to for the day. If you're going to Magic Kingdom Park, it will be fastest to take the bus directly there. If you're heading to Epcot, I'd hop on that bus. You'll find that buses come approximately every 20 minutes, and your ride to Magic Kingdom Park should take around 15 minutes, while a ride to Epcot should take around 10 minutes or less. Don't forget to download the handy dandy My Disney Experience app. One great feature within the app is that you can see when the next bus is scheduled to arrive at your Resort hotel to whisk you away to the theme park of your choice!

Now, if you'll be park hopping between Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot, I'd definitely suggest enjoying a ride on the iconic monorail. You'll simply board the monorail at one park, switch monorails at the Transportation and Ticket Center, then finish your ride to the next theme park. No matter where you're going, you'll find convenient and complimentary transportation available for you.

Thanks so much for visiting us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Gemma, and feel free to stop by and see us again with any other questions! I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
