Hi Janice!
I love the
Disney Dining Plan (DDP). It saves so much time, money and stress. With the DDP you receive one Table Service, one Quick Service and two Snacks per guests, per night of your stay. The DDP is available for guests over the age of three. If your daughter is under three, she can certainly share a plate with you at a Table Service restaurant. However, if she is older three and has her own DDP credits, you may not share a meal.
As you noted, you can share a meal at a Quick Service location. My daughter and I have a similar situation, where we both don't eat an entire meal. We often joke that we are the perfect dining buddies because she doesn't eat meat and I don't eat bread, fries or soda, so we can share a meal and both leave satisfied.
Pecos Bills is a great place to share a Quick Service meal because their portions are huge. You can definitely spilt the fajita platter.
Make sure to make your
Advanced Dining Reservations 180 days in advance so you can get the restaurants and times you desire. You and your daughter may love
Afternoon Tea at Garden View Room at Grand Floridian. It's perfect for a mommy-daughter date.
Magically,
Stacy
