    Hi, Planning on coming to DW the last week of August 2013. We have three boys, 8, 5 and 3. Are there any particular character meals you would suggest for boys? We have done Tusker House but not sure where else we should go. Thanks

    Hi there Alison! Congratulations on your Walt DIsney World vacation!  My family of six has created so many magical memories at Character DIning Experiences! As a mom to three boys myself, I can tell you from firsthand experience that our favorite Character Dining Experiences include Chef Mickey's featuring the "Fab 5" located in DIsney's Contemporary Resort and 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast located in Disney's Polynesian Resort which features Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto. Chef Mickey's has a festive atmosphere and is an all-you-care-to-eat buffet-style restaurant; whereas, 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast has a tropical atmosphere and is an all-you-care-to-eat restaurant where the delicious food is served family-style. Our favorite non-character dining locations include T-REX, A Prehistoric Family Adventure located in Downtown Disney Marketplace which features life-size animatronic animals in a themed setting and Whispering Canyon Café located in Disney's WIlderness Lodge. Whispering Canyon Cafe features a Lincoln Log table for the children to play with, pony stick races, and a rowdy, Western atmosphere! I hope this information helps!
