    Hi On Castaway Cay. Does bikes come with training wheels? My daughter is 8 and she doesn't know how to ride a bike. And I would love to explore the island with her on bike. Thanks

    Welcome back, Fran! Some of my favorite memories of our time on Castaway Cay are from exploring the island on bike with my family. I'm so glad to hear that you're considering renting bikes on the island to spend part of the day!

    You'll be happy to know that there are bikes of all sizes, some including training wheels, so you and your daughter are sure to find the perfect bikes for the day. Bike helmets are included in the cost of your rental and also come in a variety of sizes.

    When you head out on the bikes, be sure to stop halfway through the bike loop, park your bikes and make the trek up to the top of the observation tower. From up there you will get the most magnificent 360 degree view of Disney's gorgeous island paradise. The spot makes for some great photos, so don't miss it! Another area that some guests miss while on bikes is the second bike path all the way at the end of the airstrip, then turn right when you get to Serenity Bay. This takes you to another secluded section of the island, with a beautiful beach photo spot at the end of the trail before you turn around to head back.
