HI,need help.Going to Disney w/fam,first time, August 26-31, staying @ ASMoviesR.I booked a DR @ 1900 PF@ 8:30pm on day we arrive, but would like to visit Epcot also.Is it asking the kids to do too much? My son is 2, girls are 5 & 6

Hey Sandra.  Thanks for the great question and I will be honest with you.  I would really not try to go to Epcot and then dinner at GF on the first day of my arrival.  Yes your children are going to be ready to go, but travel can take some of the wind out of your sails.  You also never know how long it can take to actually check in and be ready to head to a park.
I would instead maybe try to pop in the MK and then do dinner at 1900 PF, as this is a simple monorail ride from the park to the resort.  Let the little ones get a good night's rest and head to Epcot bright and early on the second day.  By doing this you might not be so rushed as you would if you tried to do it on the day of your arrival.
I hope this suggestion helps and that you guys have a magical first vacation to WDW.
