Hi My wife and three year old daughter will be traveling to Disneyland in November. Can they sit side by side in the new Tiana Bayou Adventure log, perhaps in the last row? Thanks in advance

Hi there, Junaid. Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. It sounds like your wife and daughter are "goin' down the bayou" soon so let's get to answering your question.

Junaid, Tiana's Bayou Adventure is opening November 15, 2024. All the details have not been announced yet, but there will likely be a virtual queue system in place, like the one at Walt Disney World when it opened this summer. Your wife will want to have the Disneyland Mobile App downloaded for her trip, so she can have the most up-to-date information at her fingertips.

It's my understanding that the log flumes for Tiana's Bayou Adventure are the same as the ones used for Splash Mountain, so this likely means that the last row is the only place Guests can sit side-by-side (not front-to-back). Your wife will want to ask one of the attraction Cast Members about the seating before getting in the queue. Assuming that you and I are correct, and the back row is where they can sit together, inform your wife that she will want to request this seat at boarding. I find the Cast Members are accommodating of such requests, when possible. I do want to point out that Tiana's Bayou Adventure will have a minimum height requirement of 40 inches, so your wife will also want to make sure your daughter is tall enough to experience the ride.

“If you do your best each and every day, good things are sure to come your way.” Thanks again for stopping by, Junaid!
