Welcome to planDisney, Eldo. Say, "Cheese!" for the camera! You'll arrive at
Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days, and it sounds like you're planning to remember your visit through photos. Let's look at how
Memory Maker will help you preserve the magic.
Kudos for getting
Memory Maker (Advance Purchase) and securing a discount for your pre-planning skills. You'll have more money to spend on snacks, am I right? Please don't worry because if Memory Maker is linked to your online account, it will be there when you're ready to use it in your My Disney Experience mobile app.
I chatted with a flash-bulb-loving Cast Member who confirmed that you probably won't see Memory Maker in the app before you arrive. Once you're onsite and select to view any photo taken by a
Disney PhotoPass photographer, you'll see a pop-up message asking if you'd like to activate Memory Maker. You'll know the service is active once the watermark disappears from the images.
Remember, you'll have 45 days to view and download all your PhotoPass photos. You can share them any way you'd like! My family likes to make dated photo keepsakes like coffee mugs or ornaments with our favorite images from each trip. These are our favorite souvenirs! Check out all the
Photo Gift options at the bottom of the PhotoPass landing page.
Eldo, I hope you're ready for your close-up because your magical vacation is about to begin! Please
stop by planDisney anytime. We're posed and ready to help!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
