    Hi, My grandson's Christmas present is a trip to disney in May. He's 7 and couldn't be more excited. Can anyone tell me what characters appear at the breakfast at animal kingdom? We're going to chef Mickeys and would like to see different characters.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  What a special Christmas present! Your grandson is going to love visiting the "Most Magical Place on Earth" in May!

    I have personally dined at Chef Mickey's, located at Disney's Contemporary Resort, and Donald’s Dining Safari Breakfast, located at Tusker House Restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, and loved both of these popular Character Dining Experiences! Donald's Dining Safari Breakfast traditionally features Donald, Daisy, Mickey, and Goofy; whereas, Chef Mickey's features Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto. You may also want to consider 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast at Disney's Polynesian Resort, which features Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto or The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom Park featuring Winnie the Pooh and friends. Jake the Neverland pirate and Handy Manny will be joined by Sophia the First and Doc McStuffins starting on January 26, 2014 at Disney Junior Play ‘n Dine, which is located at Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios. As a mom of four children, I can tell you from firsthand experience that we have created so many magical memories at Character Dining Experiences!
