Angela,
First off, you might consider printing out the
Dining Plan brochure that can be found on the Walt Disney World Website. It has a listing of all the restaurants on your plan.
As to dining recommendations at Downtown Disney that are on the plan, here are the table service ones, in my order of personal preference;
Of these four, I recommend the first two, but am not much of a fan of the second two. In particular, I am a huge fan of Raglan Road. Don't let the "Pub" name fool you, it can be a fine place for a family to dine, as long as it is not too late at night. Even then it is not that it has a seedy bar scene, but it can get loud with the live music. I love the food, adore the ambiance, and have never had a bad time there, EVER!
As to counter service, I would opt for Earl of Sandwich, personally.
I am glad to answer any follow-up questions!
Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
