hi, LAst year we had a blast celebrating my daughter's 2nd birthday , we wish we can do it this year too but our newborn daughter will be 6 months. Do you think it is appropriate to go there with her? i mean the rides , parade, nursing???

Hi, Tamer!  I want to tell you that I have three daughters, and they are all Walt Disney World veterans by the time they are six months old, so I absolutely see no reason not to go and celebrate your two year old's birthday!  For me, it was actually easier to go with the girls when they were babies, as they are so tiny and portable!

Walt Disney World has a baby care center in each of the theme parks, and they are comfortable and cool, so you can bring the baby there to nurse, but there are plenty of opportunities to nurse discreetly throughout the theme parks.  Even at four months old, my youngest was gazing up at the parades, listening to the music and watching the colors go by!

As for the rides, if there was something that did not have a height requirement, I took my kids on.  They all seemed to really enjoy the different experiences, and I don't for a minute regret the magical memories I have of each of them.

The only wrinkle to bringing a baby is that you have to make sure you have your supplies.  Carry a diaper bag with a few more diapers than you think you need, as well as one more change of clothes than you expect to use.  It's nice to have an extra shirt for mom, too, especially if you're nursing.  The baby care centers do stock pretty much everything you'll need if you forget things, so don't worry!  I also like to travel with a favorite toy or two, and a blanket the baby is familiar with.  And don't forget your camera!

I hope you get to enjoy another magical birthday celebration with your girls!
