Hi, Just wanted to double check... I read in one of the answers that if you arrive before check in time (for RV accommodation at Fort Wilderness) that parking is free at the theme parks and/ or we could park at the resort overflow parking. Correct?

    Howdy, Vanessa!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I've only had an opportunity to visit Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort for a meal, but I loved the quaint feel and picturesque views offered in this beautiful area. There are so many fabulous amenities to experience that I hope you've planned time to enjoy Tri-Circle-D Ranch, pony rides, archery and pool time during your stay!

Vanessa, you are correct that you can park at the theme parks at no charge both on your day of check-in and checkout. But, the parking lots for RVs at all the theme parks are rather small. Your best option, if your campsite isn't ready, is to use the resort overflow parking lot and utilize Disney Bus Transportation or Disney Water Transportation to Magic Kingdom. If may also be possible that your campsite is ready early! If you decide to visit the parks or want to swim on your day of checkout, you can use the resort overflow parking lot again to enjoy a few more hours of Disney magic!

We are so glad you stopped by with your question! We hope to assist you again for future visits to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Have a magical day!
