    Hi, Is there any way to send a gratuity to the Shoreside Concierge team? They are so wonderful and work so hard to make cruising the best. You are also amazing and I appreciate all of your help. Welcome to all new panelists.

    Thank you for sailing back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Barbara!  I appreciate the warm welcome and kind words for our panel as well.  We all love to spread the magic and help make your Disney Cruise Line vacation memorable and fun!

    I couldn't agree with you more about the amazing experience and hard work of the Shoreside Concierge team.  I am so grateful for all their work booking and planning our Port Adventures, Spa treatments and onboard activities (oh! and of course our Palo reservations) at the stroke of midnight on booking day!  Thanks to the Shoreside Concierge team I never have to worry about turning into a pumpkin...they truly do work some wonderful magic for concierge guests.  

    It is extremely thoughtful of you to want to send gratuity to these hard working Cast Members.  In place of gratuities, you can send your thoughts and kudos to dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com and your feedback will be provided to the team giving you an opportunity to recognize them for the magic they create for you.
