Hi, i'm going to POR in early march 2012. I have read on some non official disney web sites that some of the royal rooms would accomodate up to 5 people. these Rooms would have wall mounted bed instead of the current trundle beds. please help.

    Hi Stephan,

I love staying at Port Orleans Riverside. It has a great location to all the fun at Walt Disney World, a wonderful food court and a laid back atmosphere.

This is one of the few resorts which can accommodate up to 5 guests in one room. While the final decision has not been made on which extra bed will be available to guests, I would expect to have the trundle bed to remain as squeezing a pull down bed would be difficult.

My children have slept in the trundle and were comfortable. However, if the trundle option does not work for your family, you can add a roll away bed for an additional fee.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
