Teresa,
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort was the very first All-Star I ever visited, and I loved the over-the-top decorations on the grounds. There is nothing like finding yourself in the middle of a Foosball table game, running amongst the giant Foosball men!
When you travel from the All-Star Sports Resort to the four theme parks, the travel time on the
bus is approximately 20 to 25 minutes. But remember to pad in some extra time for the bus to arrive at your hotel, as well as for it to stop to pick up guests at the other All-Star resorts. I always recommend you plan on an hour trip, though in my experience it rarely takes more than about 40 minutes.
As for the water parks, you will sometimes have to go to a different destination before transferring to another bus to travel to
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or
Disney's Blizzard Beach. When we were there in April, they did offer direct routes, but sometimes you may need to stop at Disney Springs first to transfer to another bus to the water park. Because this can change during different times of the year, check with the resort front desk to confirm what the current transportation options are and plan accordingly. But to answer your question based on our last visit, the ride to the water parks with a direct bus ride was about 20 minutes to Blizzard Beach and 25 to Typhoon Lagoon.
