    Hi, I'm having a cruise this month on the Medirranean, from 20 to 27 of May, and I would like to know if there is going to be a pirate night, and if the cruise is going to be "25th anniversary" themed. Thanks in advance. Regards

    I'm so excited to hear about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line sailing!

    I took a look at the itineraries and I believe you are schedule on the 7-night Disney Dream Mediterranean voyage from Barcelona. Disney Dream is my favorite of the fleet's ships and your scheduled destinations sound like an absolutely stellar lineup. Talk about a dream itinerary!

    I'm happy to share that your cruise is part of the Silver Anniversary at Sea celebration so be sure to check out all the specialty entertainment and merchandise options available. My family sailed on Disney Wish in April, just shy of this 25th Anniversary celebration so I'm just a little jealous you'll get to see Captain Minnie Mouse in her new shimmering attire. You'll likely want to pose for some photos to mark the festive occasion.

    I reached out to a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member to confirm whether or not you can expect pirate festivities as part of your sailing. They let me know that in addition to fireworks celebrating the Silver Anniversary, your voyage is also scheduled for a pirate night p-ARR-ty and fireworks as well. This is currently scheduled on the 5th night of your sailing following a port day in Naples. Keep in mind that the itinerary and entertainment are subject to change or cancellation, so you'll want to check the daily schedule in your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to confirm the latest details. 

    Speaking of entertainment, I highly recommend watching Beauty and the Beast if available during your cruise. The show is spectacular and one of our favorite live performances we've ever seen across land or sea.
