Loyd,
With an 11:12 am tee time, you definitely have time for a good sit down breakfast beforehand. Just be sure to book it early enough to eat, and then get to the course. A big part of how to decide where to go for breakfast would be where you were starting from (i.e. your resort). But since I don't know that, let's pick something nearer to the golf course.
Osprey Ridge is near the entry to the Fort Wilderness Campground. That also puts you near Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter resorts, and not too much further away in the other direction would be the monorail resorts.
Option 1: The best, and most convenient option would be to pick a restaurant in your resort, wherever that is. Then you get over to the course.
Option 2: If you need to go somewhere else for breakfast, I would recommend one of the two following options;
- Kona Cafe (in the Polynesian Resort)
- The Wave (in the Contemporary Resort)
The first is extremely popular. That means it is hard to get a reservation, and you may have to wait for your table. For my money, I would opt for the Wave. It is an often overlooked restaurant, but really quite good. And since it does not have as popular following, your chances of getting a reservation are quite a bit better.

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
