Hi..I'll be visiting WDR in mid May staying at AKL. I'm having a hard time finding prices of the different meal plans. Where could I find the prices for the different plans. My party consists of 2 adults, a 5 yo & a 2yo. Is the dining plan worth it??

    Hi Michael,

There are several different types of Disney Dining Plan all with different prices, I'll list them below and if you click the blue writing it will show you the current brochure for that plan explaining what's included.

    • Quick Service Dining Plan gives you 2 quick service meals and 2 snacks per day plus a refillable mug to be used at your home resort for the length of your stay. This costs about $29.99 for adults and $8.99 for children 3-9 per night.
    • Regular Dining Plan gives you 1 table service, 1 counter service and 1 snack per day and costs about $39.99 per adult and $10.99 per child 3-9 per night.
    • Deluxe Dining Plan gives you 3 meals (can be either table or quick service) and 2 snacks per day and a refillable mug. This costs about $71.99 per adult and $20.99 per child 3-9 per night.

You'll be pleased to know that you won't need to buy any plan for your 2 year old as they can eat free off of your plates or at any buffet. Whether the plan is worth it really depends on your family, it's quite a lot of food but for example on the regular DDP if you intend on eating a sit down meal most days then the plan is definitely worth it. What I like to do is have a look at the menus on www.allears.net and work out roughly where and what my family will eat. I can then decide if I'll be saving money. Another big advantage is that it's already prepaid and you won't need to worry about food costs during your trip!
