Hello Matthew! Thanks for checking out the Moms Panel! As a confessed foodie, I'm happy to give you some feedback and advice.
When my family visits Walt Disney World Resort, one thing we look forward to is having a relaxed sit-down dinner, since in our "real lives," that doesn't happen very often. For this reason, some of our favorite meals are in Signature Restaurants because they offer a unique ambiance or an exceptional view, and the food is more upscale (with some of the restaurants boasting renowned chefs). However, with this comes a cost, because these restaurants are two Table Service entitlements on the
Disney Dining Plan.
So, to answer your question, yes...you'll still get only one entree, one dessert, and one drink with your meal at
The Hollywood Brown Derby. What we tend to do is pay out of pocket one night for a less expensive dinner (my favorite suggestion is
Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria in Epcot), so we can save our Table Service entitlements for another night when we want a more expensive meal.
I hope you enjoy The Hollywood Brown Derby, Matthew! It's a replica of the famous Brown Derby that was once the meeting place of the stars in Hollywood, and it's walls are adorned with caricatures. It almost makes you wonder if Marilyn Monroe is going to sit down in the booth next to you and get the Cobb Salad (which is delicious, by the way)!
