Hi, I am writing because I have been unable to access my ticket numbers to link to my account and make reservations for the days we will be there this month. How do I find my ticket numbers? I made a reservation through a Disney resort.

Welcome to planDisney, Sophie! I’m so happy to see that in just about a week and a half, you will be enjoying a magical vacation at the Disneyland Resort!

Don’t worry one bit! I’m happy to help you! Look through your email to locate the confirmation number you received when you booked your vacation at the Disneyland Resort.

Click on this link and select "Make Park Reservations." You will be prompted to log on to your Disneyland account. If you haven't created an account, it will also give you the option to do so. Once you're logged on, go to "Retrieve Hotel Reservation" and type in your vacation package confirmation number. Just like magic, you will have all of your vacation details linked to your Disneyland account!

Sophie, you can then go ahead and make your theme park reservations and plan out your days at the theme parks!

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical visit!
