    Hi! I was wondering if, as a FL resident, I can get special room rates. I was not aware of any at the time of booking and would like to know if this is possible before paying my balance. Thanks!

    Hi Janette! I often fantasize about moving to Florida, not just because I'd be closer to Walt Disney World, but also because Florida residents can get great deals! Disney does offer special resort room rates, reduced price park tickets, and special fares on Disney cruises for Florida residents. For more information on the Special Offers currently available at Walt Disney World, check out the Discounts for Florida Residents page of the Disney website. You'll find a link for the reduced room rates on the right, and you'll have to enter your Florida zip code to see the current resort discount offers. You could also call 407-WDISNEY and ask the castmember if a Florida resident discount could be applied to your current reservation to save you money.
