Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to get your children to participate in any of the parades? I want to do something special for my twin girls birthday that is coming up in December. Thanks!

    Hi there Sylvia,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Get "your suitcase and a dream" ready as you prepare for your vacation. You're going to have a wonderful adventure at The Happiest Place on Earth.

As far as the parade participation goes, that is actually completely random. Cast Members will choose a family out of the crowd or one walking down Main Street, U.S.A. to participate.

Celebrating birthdays while at the Disneyland Resort can be magical; you have many options to create a special birthday your daughters will remember.

Be sure to stop by Guest Services and get your princess' a free "it's my birthday" button to wear on their special day; Cast Members that see them in the parks will be sure to send them warm wishes throughout the day. We love to visit a lot of Meet 'N' Greets when celebrating magical birthdays, the Characters know how to make each Guest feel special.

If they are Arendelle fans, glide & pivot over to Anna & Elsa's Boutique for Frozen-style makeover. My kids melted over theirs! For a classic Disney Princess makeover, dance over to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Fantasyland over at Disneyland Park.

We always love to have some one-on-one time with Characters; so we reserve a Character Dining Experience. I recommend booking at Goofy's Kitchen or at Plaza Inn for “Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park.”

You can also sprinkle some more pixie dust on the big day by ordering a personalized birthday cake if you're dining at select table service restaurants. You can call the Disney cake number at (714) 781-3463 to discuss your options. They will need at least 72 hours notice prior to your magical date.

I hope this is helpful. If you have any more questions please write me back on how I can help you plan your pixie dusted vacation.

Remember to "Let It Go" and have a Fairy Tale time!
