My Disney Experience account, said the Evil Queen never. All joking aside, welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry you are having trouble making your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. While I cannot tell exactly what's going on, I do have a theory.
I wonder, Sam, if one of your friends holds a
Walt Disney World Annual Pass? Annual Passholders pull from a separate availability "bucket" compared to standard Ticket holders. If you look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availablity Calendar, there are three buttons to choose from. I have the same issue, as we are a family of five, and I am the sole Annual Passholder. When I make our Park Pass Reservations, I need to do mine separately. Once you have the Theme Park Reservations for the three of you, you'll be able to book Theme Park Reservations for just the Annual Passholder (as you are linked to each other's accounts through your
Family and Friends List).
If you are still experiencing issues, your best bet is to call the
Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. They open up the phone lines daily at 7 AM EST. Once you get a Cast Member on the line, they can use their very own Magic Mirror to look into your My Disney Experience account and see what's causing the glitch.
