Hi, I am travelling with my husband and two kids to Orlando. My kids are aged 7 and 10 and we would love to do Disney Magic Kingdom and Disney Animal Kingdom Theme Parks. What are the ticket prices for adults and that for kids who are not 10+?

    Hi Neela!

Thanks for reaching out to planDisney. We're always glad to welcome a new guest!

Your family is sure to enjoy Magic Kingdom Park, which I believe offers the quintessential Disney Parks experience. Whether you have a family of thrill-seekers or you simply hope to soak up some pixie dust in Fantasyland, no visit to Walt Disney World Resort is complete without a stop there.

I recently visited with my own family and we spent two whole days enjoying the futuristic vibes in Tomorrowland and embarking on unique adventures in, you guessed it, Adventureland. We just missed the opening of Tiana's Bayou Adventure, but that's at the top of my list for my next visit. We also had so much fun discovering the animals and enjoying the entertainment and thrilling attractions at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. The older my kids get the more they seem to appreciate just how amazing and incredibly immersive that beautiful park is, and I couldn't agree more. I'm so excited for your family to experience both destinations this fall!

As a US-based visitor, I have the option to purchase a standard theme park ticket for anywhere between 1-10 days. I know different global regions can have varying ticket offers and exclusive products, and unfortunately, I'm not able to see the same things you might be able to view from home. I recommend heading to www.StartYourDisneyExperience.com to see what products and prices are available. If you are unable to view pricing specifics, you may need to enlist the help of a local travel agent.

In my experience, Child ticket prices (for guests aged 3-9) are usually about $10-$15 USD less than Adult tickets (for guests aged 10+) for the same dates and length of visit. Pricing will vary depending on how many days you plan to spend in the parks and what day of the month you select as your ticket start date. You'll want at least two full days to experience these parks, but you might also consider a third stop at EPCOT as the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will still be going strong during your travel dates. I'm still thinking about the delicious food and beverage offerings from last year's Global Marketplaces

I'm sorry I don't have more specific pricing information to share today, Neela, but I hope this gets you started in the right direction. If we can offer any other guidance or recommendations, please don't hesitate to come back and let us know.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
