Hi! I will be staying at Disney Beach Club resort at the start of next year, I am staying Club level and as i live in England i was hoping i could get an email etc for club concierge so i could ask them to help with the bookings. Anyone have one?

    Hi Ciara,

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question today!  It sounds like you are planning an absolutely magical Walt Disney World vacation, and January will be here before you know it!

You are going to love staying Club Level at Disney's Beach Club Resort.  The personalized service, amenities that are available in the Stone Harbor Club all day long and the beautiful rooms are just a few of the reasons.  If you've already made your reservation, a Cast Member from the Walt Disney World Itinerary Planning Office should be contacting you about 190 days before your check-in date (or as soon as possible if your trip is less than 190 days away).  Be sure to take advantage of the wonderful service they provide - they can help make every last detail of your trip practically perfect, from dining reservations to childcare services to golf tee times (and much more).  You're also welcome to contact the Office directly with any questions or requests.  Here is the contact information I found for Disney's Beach Club Resort's Club-Level Service:

    Email: Yacht.Beach.Club.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com
    Phone: (407) 934-1448
    Fax: (407) 934-1487

Wishing you a pixie-dusted vacation, Ciara! Please let us know if we can help answer any other questions as your trip gets closer.
