Hiya, Gabriela, and welcome to planDisney!
As a mom, I completely understand the importance of being well-prepared when traveling with little ones and ensuring everything is perfectly set up for your arrival. Next month, I'm heading to Disney World with my sister-in-law, who is also breastfeeding, so we've already researched how she can store her milk during our stay.
You will have a small
beverage cooler in your room during your stay at
Disney's Contemporary Resort. While it doesn't have a freezer, there are still a few options available for storing your milk.
When you arrive at the Contemporary, head to the
Bell Services Desk and let them know that you would like to store your breastmilk in a freezer. These amazing Cast Members truly know how to deliver the magic! Be sure your milk is in proper storage containers, fully labeled, and placed in a well-sealed waterproof bag. To make things easier, I recommend bringing extra clear ziplock bags to help with transporting your breastmilk to Bell Services each day.
Another option would be to bring a cooler with you from home to keep in your room, providing easy access to your milk without frequent trips to Bell Services. You can fill the cooler with ice from the resort's ice machines, typically located near the elevators on each floor.
While exploring the parks, take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers. These convenient facilities provide private nursing rooms, changing tables, and quiet feeding areas. You can locate the Baby Care Centers on the park map on your
My Disney Experience app.
Gabriela, I hope these suggestions are helpful for your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Feel free to
visit us again with any other questions you may have!
Magical wishes,
Kami
