Hi, I have a reservation at the grand California but want to explore the parks before our 3:00 check in time. Am I able to leave our luggage with the bell hop and what is the extra cost if so?

    Welcome to planDisney, Alexandra!

Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is a destination worth exploring all on its own. The gorgeous craftsman architecture combined with delicious dining options makes the Grand Californian one of the most luxurious options at Disneyland Resort. Throw in the fact that it is steps away from the theme parks, and it is an irresistible choice. Let's take a look at storing your luggage with the Bell Desk.

As with all Cast Members at Disneyland Resort, the Bell Desk team is top-notch. We recently stayed at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel and arrived at 7:00 AM. Not only did the Bell Desk Cast Members promptly store our luggage, but they also had a sweet treat for my kids and chatted with us about walking directions for the morning. You will be able to store your luggage at the Grand Californian prior to check-in so you can explore the theme parks. There is no extra cost for storing your luggage, but I recommend being prepared to tip if you have the Cast Members bring your luggage to your room. Consider checking out the Hearthstone Lounge during your stay. It is the perfect place to relax with a beverage and snack.

Thank you for visiting planDisney. We are here for all your Disneyland Resort adventures!

    Enjoy making magical memories!
