It sounds like you've returned from a galaxy far, far away and have returned home with some precious cargo you picked up while visiting
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge – a porg! While I'm so happy to hear that you've given this little creature a new home, I'm so sorry that his battery isn't working properly. But have no fear! I would recommend reaching out to the team at Merchandise Guest Services. All you need to do is send an email to
Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com and provide as much information as you can, including when you purchased the porg, a picture of the receipt (if available), and a description of the problem. They will be happy to hear your concern and provide you with any additional steps that may be available to you!
