Hi, I purchased my annual pass Nov 2014 before the price increase. If I wish to upgrade to the Premium pass, do I pay the difference of the new rate or old rate?

    Hello Yu Wen,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Thanks so much for sending us your question!

If you are interested in upgrading your Annual Pass to a Premium Annual Pass, and it is more than 60 days until it expires, just visit any Walt Disney World theme park ticket window or Guest Relations location for assistance.  You will be responsible for paying the difference in price between the two, with the amount of your credit for your Annual Pass being the amount you actually paid (and not the current price, if that's different) and the price of the Premium Annual Pass being the current price.  If it is less than 60 days before and 30 days after the expiration date of your current Annual Pass, you can also upgrade it yourself when you renew.  You can do that online through My Disney Experience, by calling (407) 560-PASS (560-7277), or in person at Walt Disney World at one of the locations I mentioned above.

I hope that helps, Yu Wen, and wishing you a full year of magical memories ahead!  Please write back if we can help answer any other questions.

    Beth
