Hi there, Gina! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!
It looks like you'll be arriving at
Walt Disney World Resort in just a couple of days. How exciting! The
holiday season really is the most wonderful time of the year for a Walt Disney World Resort visit, and I'm sure you're going to make lots of magical memories!
Before you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth, you'll want to link both your
Disney Resorts Collection reservation and your
theme park tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. To link your resort hotel reservation, open your
My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines in the bottom-right corner of your screen, and then select "Future Plans." In the Future Plans section of the app, scroll until you see a button that says, "Link to Account." Click on this button and then click on "Type ID." You should see a heading for Resort Reservations. Under this heading, type your resort hotel confirmation number and the last name that your reservation is listed under. This should take care of linking your resort reservation; now let's get your theme park tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account.
To link your theme park tickets, you can follow the directions above, but when you click on "Type ID," this time you'll want to enter the confirmation number that you were given when you purchased your park tickets under the Admission Media heading. Once your tickets are linked to your account, you'll need to assign each theme park ticket to a Guest from your My Disney Experience Family & Friends List. Be sure that each member of your party also has
theme park reservations for each day of your visit as these are required until January 9, 2024.
Gina, if you try these steps and you're still running into issues getting all of your plans linked to your account, I recommend calling the
Help Center phone number for My Disney Experience and/or Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. A friendly Cast Member should be able to take a look at your account and get everything sorted out for you.
Wishing you a happy holiday season and a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Samantha
