Hi, I am very lucky as I am planning my 6th trip to WDW. This time taking DS's friend who has never been before! We will be going in mid-Nov 2016 and was wondering when Disney release the dates for MVMCP?

    Hi Amanda!

Your son and his friend are extremely lucky that you are taking them to the most magical place on earth! One of the best parts of going to Walt Disney World is planning all the special experiences you will have when you are there.

The dates for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) are typically released 180 days in advance. This is the same time that you can begin making Disney Dining Reservations, so you can plan your party date along with which parks you will visit and where you will eat.

MVMCP will be held on select nights beginning in November, so you will definitely be able to enjoy this magical experience when you visit. Since it will be your son's friend's first visit, make sure to get him a "My First Visit" button, which is complimentary at Guest Services. You will all love the snow on main street, special shows and Christmas parade that takes place during this time of year.

    Magically,
    Stacy
