Hi Mary! Welcome to planDisney! How sweet of you to take your grandchildren to Walt Disney World! I know that you and your grandchildren are going to make memories that last a lifetime! In regard to purchasing and using Florida Resident theme park tickets, the adult purchasing the ticket must provide Proof of Florida Residency, which means that they have to provide proof of a Florida residential address. This can include:Valid Florida driver’s license (must have a Florida address)Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)Valid Florida-based military IDThe Florida Resident theme park ticket policy outlines what adult Guests need to provide. Children do not have to provide proof of residency. Since you live in Tennessee, and likely do not have proof of residency in Florida, this may prove to be difficult when purchasing Florida Resident tickets for grandchildren. But, don't worry! I have a few different solutions. If your grandchildren's parent(s) live in Florida, you can have them purchase the tickets for your grandchildren using your credit card. They can provide the proof of residency for the Florida tickets, but you can still pay. Another option is to purchase a Disney Gift Card, provide it to your grandchildren's parents to purchase the tickets, and then allow them to make the purchase. They can fill out the Florida Residency information directly online. This should address the issue of allowing you to make the purchase while allowing the grandchildren to take advantage of their Florida Resident status. While you are in Walt Disney World in July, consider visiting Typhoon Lagoon! This water park will be a blast for the grandkids! I hope that this information helps! Please visit planDisney with any other questions that you have as you are planning your vacation!Magically,Stacy
