Happy Easter Greetings!
Second only to Christmas, Easter is my favorite holiday, and I can’t think of a better place to celebrate than at Walt Disney World Resort! What is not to love about Spring and renewal with a few candy eggs thrown in? The full schedule for Easter celebrations has not been released yet, but Disney Parks Blog will be the first place to announce all of the
bunny activities. Last year, the
hopping happenings were announced a few weeks before Easter, so we should be in for a treat soon!
Based on last year’s celebrations, you are in for a delight! Most of the Resorts had Easter-related activities including Egg Hunt/Candy Scrambles and Special Character Greetings. We were at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge last year, and on top of a fantastic hunt Easter morning, my kiddos got to meet Mr. & Mrs. Easter Bunny and make pop art with paint-filled eggs!
Disney Springs is sure to host Easter-themed activities.
Last year, they had the cutest Easter bonnet-themed kids activity where the littles made bonnets out of paper plates and various accouterments! There are also great brunch options, including at my favorite Disney Springs restaurant, Paddlefish. The Crab and Asparagus Benedict is delicious!
Now you can’t have Easter without a basket!
Sp-egg-tacular choices will await you at
World of Disney and various other shops at Disney Springs and the Resorts. You can buy one that’s fully assembled or build your own. With the option to customize, you are sure to create a fantastic basket that will delight any Disney fan!
I wish you an
egg-cellent vacation!
