    Ben from Altrincham Asked

Hi, I have booked 3 rooms for 6 adults and 1 infant, under 3 different reservation numbers. How do I link them all to my own Disney Experience , so I can manage them all under one app ? Thanks Ben

    Hi there, Ben!

What fun to be heading off for a magical holiday with such a big group! Ben, you can easily manage the plans for your entire group through your My Disney Experience account

Ben, all you will need to do is to link each individual reservation to your My Disney Experience account using the reservation number and the last name of the first guest on the reservation. Do not worry if you are not listed on all three reservations, you will still be able to manage everyone's plans.

As you link each reservation, you will be prompted to confirm the members of your party that are staying in that particular room. Here you can create a new guest, or select from your Family & Friends list. If the members of your traveling party would like to see and manage plans, make sure that you send them an invitation to connect with you through the Family & Friends list.

I hope that this gave you a bit of insight, Ben. Enjoy your holiday!
