    Hi I booked a holiday back in 2015 via disneyworld.co.uk and had the 14 day ultimiate tickets however one person did not travel so her ticket was not used. Can this now be used and if so how do we activate it now. Thanks Angie

    I completely understand wanting to be sure that any unused tickets can be used for your next trip. Without seeing the specific details of the ticket including expiration date, I am not able to give you totally accurate information about whether it can be used again in the future. If you would like to get more information on using that leftover ticket, I recommend giving a call to a friendly Cast Member so that can look up your specific tickets and questions.
