Hi, I want to book a 3 night stay for February 2022. If I book it now to reserve my rooms and an Disney offer comes out later, can I make changes online to my reservation to get the deal or would I need to call a Disney representative to make the change?

Hi there, Thanh! Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and ask another Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

My family and I always look forward to staying with the Disney Resort Collection during our vacations to Walt Disney World Resort! Guests receive so many benefits when staying at these resorts including proximity to the theme parks, complimentary transportation around the property, special pre-arrival prices on MagicBands, and so much more. Personally, though, my two favorite perks of staying with the Disney Resort Collection are the incredible themes and world-renowned customer service! The amazing details put into the storytelling at each resort is so engaging and make our stays so special. Also, the Cast Member interactions are second-to-none and really to assure that we have the best time during our travels!

Another potential perk when staying with the Disney Resort Collection is the availability of special offers, deals, and discounts throughout the year! These can range from deals on vacation packages to Disney Resort hotel room-only discounts. Regardless of your options, this is a great way to save money when staying at these phenomenal resorts!

If a special offer comes available after you have already booked your stay, you can change your reservations by visiting your My Disney Experience account. All you will need to do is sign in and go to the “My Reservations” page. Once here, you can click the “Modify Reservation” link which will give you different ways you can alter your current reservation. If you would prefer to speak with a Cast Member over the phone, you may do so by calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line. I’ve done this myself many different times and love the peace of mind this flexibility provides me during the booking process!

Best of luck as you continue to plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort next year! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
