Welcome aboard, Samantha! Disney Cruise Line offers many wonderful
Land and Sea packages as ways for guests to enjoy both the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando as well as a cruise with Disney Cruise Line out of Port Canaveral in Florida.
I wish there were a specific Land and Sea package with Disney Cruise Line on the West Coast, but since there isn't an itinerary leaving from Los Angeles, near Anaheim where The Disneyland Resort is located, on the schedule right now, there isn't that possibility currently. However, when the Disney Wonder is on the West Coast in May and September, both before and after the Alaskan summer sailings, it sails out of
San Diego, so if you book a cruise from there, you could easily make a quick trip up to the
Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, only about an hour and 45 minutes away, prior to sailing or after your cruise!
The only itinerary that Disney has leaving from the East Coast and heading to the West Coast is the fabulous
Panama Canal sailing. That is on my bucket list for sure, and I can't wait to one day enjoy two weeks on the ship as it sails through the Panama Canal! The itinerary for next year's Westbound Panama Canal cruise, has it concluding in San Diego. So, if you're up for that adventure, you could add on a few extra days by traveling up to Anaheim after your cruise to explore the Disneyland Resort!
Have fun as you continue planning and exploring all of the exciting possibilities, Samantha!
