    Hi. Does anyone know when free Disney Dining Plan will be back on again for 2014? Thanks

    Hi, Sharon!  We don't know when - or if - free dining will be offered in 2014, but if they do offer free dining, you can usually go by the times when it was historically offered and predict when it may be offered again.

    Typically, you see promotions such as free dining at times when it's normally slower at the theme parks.  Think just at the end of summer - usually late August into mid or early September.  That has been a pretty usual free dining period in the past.  

    I have also seen free dining after the Christmas holidays - the early spring period, before the Easter or spring break holidays.  It's a good way to help bring guests to the parks and resorts when it's usually a bit quieter.

    I'll keep my fingers crossed that maybe it will be offered in time for your vacation in 2014!   It is a good promotion when it is offered, but don't forget to check other offers!  Sometimes, the room discounts or other promotions offered are just as great!  There is a 30% room discount going on now that might pay for your dining plan!
