    Hi, Does anybody know if Disney Cruise Lines assigns past passengers a personal cruise consultant to call when you need help with bookings?

    Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am excited to hEAR that you are planning to return to the high seas with Captain Minnie!

    As a returning castaway, Disney Cruise Line has welcomed you into their Castaway Club. There are many benefits to Silver, Gold and Platinum membership!  Each membership level is based on the number of cruises you have completed onboard a Disney Cruise Line ship.  Silver Castaway Club status is bestowed upon guests who have completed their first sailing.  Gold and Platinum status is obtained once you have completed five and ten cruises respectively.

    One key benefit of being a part of the Castaway Club is a dedicated Castaway Club phone number.  The Cast Members on this line are available to help with you with planning, reservations and anything else Disney Cruise Line related! 

    You can contact them at (800) 449-3380 for assistance with planning your next adventure.  You can ask for the Cast Member's extension so you can continue to talk to them throughout your booking process if you would like.  Be sure to check out all of the great online planning tools that Disney Cruise Line offers as well.
