There are several places at Walt Disney World where you can have items personalized with names, regardless of how unusual they are.
Of course the most iconic personalized item at the parks is the ear hats. There are a few places at WDW where you have your name embroidered on
the back of Mickey ears. The easiest and cheapest place is at a store
called The Chapeau which is down a little alley just off Main Street.
Another spot to have ears embroidered is at Adrian & Edith's Head to
Toe store on Hollywood Boulevard at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This location also sells several other items which can be personalized including towels and aprons.
You could also have items embroidered at Disney Days of Christmas Store
at Downtown Disney.
Personalized watches may be available at some of the artisan watch crafters in the parks. I would stop by the jewelery store on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom and they will be able to point you in the right direction.
