Hey, We have booked a car for 2 days to get out and about, do we need a car seat for our 1 year old? Also we need a travel cot for when we stay at pop century? Thank you

Welcome to planDisney, Karl! Thanks so much for stopping by to visit us with your planning question about the Walt Disney World Resort!

I’ve been with my little ones many times and I just know you all are going to have the best time! When it comes to a car seat for your rental car, you can absolutely request one from your car rental company. Some companies do charge a small daily fee for the seat, so be sure to check directly with them for the most current pricing information.

You can request a complimentary pack n’ play cot by calling 0800 169 0730* before your stay at Disney’s Pop Century Resort. It will come with fresh sheets for your little one. All you need to  bring is their favorite lovey!

As you explore the theme parks, be sure to look for Baby Care Centers. They offer a clean, quiet and convenient place to feed, change, nurse and purchase baby and toddler essentials. I’ve picked up diaper cream there on more than one occasion! They are also a great place for little ones who are potty training. The bathrooms are always very clean and quiet, so there are very little distractions!

Karl, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to add those finishing touches to your upcoming visit. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical vacation!
