Hi there, Isaiah!
Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for bringing your question to us today.
First and foremost, all of us at planDisney are so very happy to hEAR your mother is doing much better now. I know this past year has been a difficult one; I have been listening to the song, “There’s a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow” by the Sherman Brothers featured in
Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress attraction that has me feeling more optimistic for the future!
Isaiah, the
policy on Theme Park tickets states that although refunds are not being issued, you do have some options. If your tickets have not yet expired, you can modify their dates through your
My Disney Experience account. Of course, if the new dates are priced higher, an additional cost may apply. Even if your tickets have expired, the value itself never expires which means you can still apply the amount of your Theme Park tickets to new ones. Should you have any further questions about this, you are welcome to
call and speak to a Cast Member at Existing Tickets.
Disney has worked diligently to ensure Guest and Cast Member safety during the
reopening of The Most Magical Place on Earth, and because of this, face coverings are required for all Guests ages 2 and up, physical distancing markers have been placed in queues, there has also been limited capacity at each Theme Park thanks to the implementation of the
Disney Park Pass reservation system.
Isaiah, when you and your mother are comfortable traveling again, we can’t wait to welcome you to a world of magic!
Aena
